Ziplining in Canada

the longest zip line lasted 2 minutes.

Sooke National Rainforest near Victoria, Canada was our first zip lining experience. I was impressed with the lush and “tropical” feel of this rainforest. It seemed like being in a jungle of a tropical location rather than a Canadian rainforest. I wasn’t going to zip line but my family talked me into it and I’m so glad they did!! For an acrophobic, claustrophobic person like me, I did have to overcome some trepidation about various parts of the adventure—but it was WELL WORTH IT!

There was one line called “The Screamer” to which my 7 year old son gladly screamed through the whole “ride.” I’ll be uploading a video of my son on the Screamer eventually on this site. The whole experience lasted 2 hours and it was a good bonding experience for our family as we later discussed all of our different emotions and sensations completing it. IMG_2235www.adrenalinezip.com/zipline-tours/

  1. Hey! Thanks for the shout out about your time spent with us. I’m kind of jealous reading about all your travel excursions. We’re really glad you felt your zipline adventure was worth it, and that your family talked you into coming! Maybe we’ll see you again someday?
